The dessert was coined Radar...since this is what his wife requests for a birthday cake.  Hence, "Jess's Birthday Cake"!  But, you don't need a birthday to make it or eat it!

Easy to make, and soooo good!

Jess's Birthday Cake (or Strawberry Puddin' Dream)

2 cups graham crackers, crushed

1/2 cup melted butter

1 package cream cheese (room temp)

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup mashed and thawed strawberries

2 packages vanilla instant pudding

Tub of whipped topping

3 1/2 cups cold, vitamin D milk

Let's start.... I cheat, and buy the already crushed graham crackers!  Save a tiny bit for the end! Combine melted butter and graham crackers and press onto the bottom of a 13x9 pan.  Throw it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

While that chills, use an electric mixer up the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.  Add the strawberries, and stir in strawberries.  It doesn't have to be blended all the way.  Gently spread over the graham cracker mixture.

Whisk puddings with milk, 2 minutes.  Add a cup of whipped topping and let the pudding set for 5 minutes.

Pour over cream cheese mixture and refridgerate for 15 minutes.  Spread more whipped topping over the pudding.  Sprinkle with that lil bit of crushed graham crackers you saved!
