Could Taking A Nap Help You Live Longer?

Feel like falling asleep in that afternoon meeting?  According to a new study, tell the boss you're just trying to live longer!  The study says the occasional nap, anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour cuts people's risk of heart attack, stroke and heart disease.

Researchers say napping 1-2 times per week cut a person's risk in half, compared to those who don't nap at all!
