5 Reasons to Watch the BIG GAME 2019

New England vs. Los Angeles Football!

January 27, 2019

Our lawyers heard about this weekend’s episode of "In The Mix" and advised us not to use the phrases we’d like to use… so we figured we’d get around the issue by bleeping the words they said no to. Enjoy our censored video of what we enjoy about the [Big Game] so the scary broadcast company’s lawyers don’t sue us.

Elizabeth Kay (5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.): "When my team [Green Bay] is not in the big game my next favorite part are all of the goofy prop bets. We have so many prop bets at our house for our big party. For example, how long will the [Big Game] national anthem be? What will the first song performed at halftime be? Is it a car commercial or a beer commercial next? Dollar bets. Always a fun time. That’s my favorite.”

Tony "Radar" Hess (5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.): "What do I love about the [Big Game]? Food of course. We always do a big order out. Gotta have pizza delivered, maybe have little riblets, or maybe I’ll make something in my instant pot which I’m so fond of. But yeah, it’s gotta be the food no matter who is playing in the [Big Game]. It’s all about the food, and then of course Monday morning I’ve got indigestion, but it doesn’t matter cause of lovin’ the food.”

Dave "Producer Dave" Stein (5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.): "Of course my favorite thing about the [Big Game] is the game itself. Yeah, I know, the [Green Bay] isn’t in it. Boo who, it’s really sad, I am very upset, but the game is so much fun. Everyone is like, “Who cares, the [New England] is always there.” We’re witnessing greatness, guys. The game is the best part, the commercials… sometimes.”

Molly Cruz (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.): "I actually forgot when the game was until someone told me a couple of days ago so that shows how much I care about sports. So, no I don’t care about the game. I’m in it all for the commercials and of course Maroon 5 is going to be performing. So, yeah I’m all about it. Just wake me up before halftime starts.”

Aaron Carreno (1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.): “I get excited for other people’s parties… because I don’t cook [laughing].”
