Are you spending a lot of time at home these days to help flatten the curve and stop the spread of the Coronavirus? We are too! This likely means you'll be eating the food you have at your house instead of eating out. But what should you have in your pantry?

You want food that will keep over time, but also food that is nutritious.

This is how you can be prepared, not scared.

You should have:

  • Quinoa
  • Rice
  • canned soups (low in sodium)
  • canned tuna
  • canned fruits
  • canned vegetables
  • nuts
  • canned salmon

Try to avoid foods high in sugar and preservatives.
