Mix it all together and you got a delicious MACARONI SALAD
So now you can stay and hear me talk about this a litte, or just go make it. Up to you.

So i didn't know I liked macaroni salad until I did. I used to tell myself veggies and noodles is stupid. Nobody wants to eat that. And then I tried some at a deli I worked at and fell in love. The cold, creamy, vinegary, dressing brings out the best parts of every veggie. And there is no better base than a good elbow macaroni.

I put condensed milk in to help keep the creaminess. It used to get too claggy with just mayo, and i experimented a lot with the amount of condensed milk, and 2 TBSP was the amount that really heled keep the consistency of the dressing. So that's it. Enjoy this delicious salad. It makes about 1 quart!!
